Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vac Hotline(the “Service”). By accessing the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What we do

Vac Hotline is a free lead-matching service. We collect your vacuum truck request and share it with independent service providers in our partner network so they can contact you with a quote. We are a matchmaker, nothing more. We are not a vacuum truck company, and we do not own, operate, dispatch, or control any trucks, equipment, or crews.

The service providers are independent third parties

All work is performed by independent third-party service providers who are solely responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, insurance, safety, scheduling, and conduct. Any agreement you enter into for vacuum truck work is strictly between you and the service provider. Vac Hotline is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality of work, or pricing of any service provider.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will receive any quote, that a service provider will be available in your area, or that any particular price, timeframe, or outcome will be offered or met. Quotes, availability, and pricing are determined entirely by the service providers. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you submit is accurate, complete, and your own to provide. You agree to use the Service only for genuine requests, not to submit false, misleading, or abusive information, and not to interfere with or disrupt the Service. You are responsible for evaluating any service provider and for your own decisions about hiring and the work performed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vac Hotline and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any dealings with a service provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Because the Service is free, you acknowledge this allocation of risk is reasonable.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vac Hotline and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your dealings with any service provider, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
